Membership and content data is held using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
We process data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 using lawful bases that include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent (where applicable).
Where third-party services process data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual controls.

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for membership administration, legal and accounting obligations, and legitimate historical/archival purposes where applicable.
